Worship Services

Our Worship Service begins at 11am and follows the order of a traditional Congregational worship
service. A Worship Team leads the congregation in blended worship, traditional hymns as well as
praise choruses.  We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of the month, and sometimes on
special occasions as well.  One of our favorites is World Communion Sunday, the first Sunday in
October, a day when churches all over the world celebrate communion together.

Children and Worship

We believe that children are incredibly important in the life of the church.  Therefore, we enjoy having them in worship with us.  We have a children's moment each Sunday where the children come forward to have a time of theological reflection with Stacy.

We know that while we have a lot to teach children, they also have a lot to teach us so we work to provide times when they can help lead us in worship.  We have youth who are deacons and who assist in worship by singing in the praise team and leading the call to worship and reading scripture, and of course all of our children help with the palm processional each year.

There is also a staffed Nursery during the 11:00 service. Your child is welcome either to go to the Nursery or sit with you in the Sanctuary. There are Children's Welcome Bags in the hall for children who remain in church. The bags have activities your child can do during church, and we hope you will use them!

There is a small room with a window at the back of the Sanctuary for those who would like to calm their child outside of the sanctuary without missing worship.  Feel free to go there anytime.
